We loved our stay at this motel. It was very convenient and easy to park. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. We would highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed here late March. Our rooms were very clean and lovely and warm on a very cold day. Best sleep ever in a motel beds were super comfortable.We were very impressed with the amenities and how many utensils were in the drawers.The staff were very accommodating and friendly.We will certainly stay here again when next in Dunedin.

i already had apartments that were smaller ... and hotel rooms that would fit 2x in this bathroom. in short: a palace. Everything is perfectly fine. Even Germans find nothing to complain about. In addition, there is the great location, you can walk to the Octagon in 5min. The operators are very pleasant in dealing with the guests, have answered all my questions in detail and given many tips for eating and shopping. I would like to give 6 stars here

This place is perfect for a quick stop in Dunedin to catch some much needed Z's. I wouldn't stay longer than 1 night though as the parking situation is a little awkward.

Definitely location is the top of the list with this hotel. We literally walking distance to Otago museum and as we have little 4 years daughter, this make it easier for us to visit the museum.Also it is pretty close with the city too.

This motel is really managed well. The owners are very friendly, helpful and flexible. They are always available to resolve any issues faced.The location is good and within walking distance to the city centre and various touristy and eating places.It was a pleasant experience staying here for three nights. We will not hesitate to stay here again.
