Politix - David Jones Newmarket

This is the first time that I can say that David Jones has someone who actual knows how to serve customers with exceptional service..that person was TANYA at the Politix counter who was so proactive and respectful. She understood my needs and helped with getting the right trousers and shirts I wanted to buy even when it was from other brands when Politix shirt did not fit well. She showed that she was not only representing Politix alone but DJ’s. Such people are valuable for any organisation and proud to interact with. Majority of time you will see the seniors and other staff members chatting over the counter even when the customer is queuing up but this girl is extraordinary. She should be the manager who can train the rest of the DJ staff.

Tanya was serving me and she was very good with her customer service and she was very friendly.. good jobI will definitely try to come back again
