Everyone is so Nice! The receptionists are very kind and the doctors are great. If you're looking for a family GP you couldn't do better.

Best doctors practice I’ve ever been to! Nurse Emma and all the doctors are awesome, I’ve only ever had really positive experiences coming here for both myself and my five month old baby :) thanks guys!

All the staff here are lovely and accommodating. The Drs here are great, they don’t rush, and listen to what you’re saying.Receptionists have all been fantastic.The location is lovely, if you’re after a family GP - choose this one!

What happened to this place? I love my doctor but not being able to get in for an urgent appointment for two weeks?! What is wrong?!

This is an excellent medical centre. Dr. Kirsten Crooke has been our family GP since sooner I moved to Wellington in 2016 and has an amazing combination of knowledgeability, thoroughness, and a kind and compassionate manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a GP for themselves or their children. I would also just recommend this practice more generally as they are responsive and caring. We have seen many other doctors there for last minute care appointments such as Dr. Garrett and Dr. Preston who are also both excellent.

This clinic works for money, and place no value on their patient's time.I was debating for a long time whether to post about my experience here but I think I should let other people know before they will make any appointments here. But I had the most disappointing experience of any GP in this medical center.In this clinic the GP is not going to give you a second more than scheduled 15 mins (seriously ?) to decide all your health problems. When I had my appointment with Dr. Hannah P, she said she can discuss only one of my health problems and if I want to talk more , I will have to book another appointment for 62$.She didn’t care about the urgency of my other problems, she said one problem and that’s it. Ok, I agreed to discuss at least one of my problems despite on the urgency of other ones but the only thing she did is just typed my words into the computer and send a non-subsidized referral to a another doctor that I could have done myself. And for this service I have to pay 62$???Not to mention they were also running 20 minutes late.I will not return to this clinic ever again.

The quality of care you receive greatly depends on which dr is available to see you.Whenever I would call to make an appointment with my doctor, I would be told there’s a month long wait and would be asked if I could wait that long???I always felt like I was being rushed out the door as fast as possible, even after I would regularly wait 30 + minutes past my appointment time to be seen.Lastly, the nurses here will give you inaccurate information, and are condescending when they’re speaking with you.After dealing with this low quality of care for years, I have finally moved pratices and am receiving much better care.I would highly recommend not using this practice if you have any ongoing medical issues you’re trying to manage.

I always enjoy coming here, the staff are very friendly and efficient, not to mention a good sense of humour! I've been coming here for 4+ years and can see myself going there for many more!
