Best coffee shop EVER!! I love the staff, the overall vibe, plus of course - the coffee is the best. Definitely check this place out if you are passing through Thames, or make it your new spot if you're a local!

Dropped in for a quick coffee, most cafes in town were busy being a puclic holiday and this was somewhat busy but I still managed to get my coffee under 5mins.Great tasting coffee, staff are friendly. Cute little shop, next time ill dine in with my coffee. Recommend!

super cute and a perfect oatmilk cappuccino. New Zealand tends to lean into the heavier side of a dark roast, I love it a little lighter and this was very well balanced! The young lady running the place was so kind and engaging!do yourself a favor and stop through for a hot cuppa served warmly

Nice coffee in the heart of Thames. Quite enjoyed sitting on the patio while the Saturday market was humming.

Stopped in on the way to Coromandel and was so impressed that two days later we made a detour to pick up a takeaway on the way to Rotorua! Our first visit was a delight. We sat outside under the awning and shared a table with two others. They were very friendly and turned out to be local Councillors with lots of helpful information. They mentioned there was a ‘future Thames’ community meeting that afternoon and rashly asked for our suggestions as first-time visitors! We recommended planting trees all along the main street to add character. Also suggested making more of the heritage of the buildings as they’ve done successfully in Bangalow, Australia. A ‘panning for gold’ visitor experience was also discussed…Meanwhile excellent coffee plus indulgent scone with jam and cream was consumed. If you’re in or near Thames, do stop by Coco Cafe - who knows, you might change the course of local history while sipping latte!
