The sofa we bought was absolutely beautiful and the customer service is phenomenal, it is juts great! Everyone is very helpful and kind! Unfortunately the back pillows were not the right size (by the manufacturer) when we received it but they did their very best to fix the problem in a very professional way. It is a wonderful shop!

Deliver information was spot on and items were received well from lovely courteous team. Overall we really enjoyed our experience with Greenslades.

As soon as I contacted the store they immediately let me know what options I had and we were able to quickly find a solution acceptable to us both. We finally got to visit the store on the weekend after a year or so of stalking their website and oh wow - it did not disappoint. What an incredible shop with a huge huge range of items plus the staff are super friendly and don't hassle you by following you around, they just leave you to browse around at your own leisure. Can not rate this shop high enough

A fantastic example of excellent customer service from my first email exchange through to chair delivered today. I can't say enough about how easy these folks were to deal with, my questions and additional measurement requests were answered promptly and completely, the attention in store (I drove down from Auckland) was just right and the delivery my chair and a couple of smaller additional items went very smoothly. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase again,

We ordered a table online. The team were great to deal with via email and phone and the table got to the lower South Island within the time-frame they suggested. Freight was surprisingly reasonable. Very happy with the quality of the table

Absolutely exceptional customer service every time. Everyone at Greenslades is always so friendly warm and knowledgeable. They have the most unique, high quality pieces of furniture and decor that have made wonderful additions to our house. In regards to the delivery; communication was fantastic, it was easy and arrived promptly even with our difficult driveway! I would highly recommend Greenslades Furniture who is run by the kindest family in Tauranga and who will go above and beyond for you every time.

We were more than happy with our Symphony style couches. They just look stunning, have lightened the room and because they can go back against the wall the room now looks much bigger. Service at Greenslade Furniture Co was top notch in every way. Friendly efficient staff. We will definitely return when we replace our family room furniture. If you want something in fabric of your choice, modern or more classic in style this is the shop. We live near Auckland and had delivery from the Tauranga store. The fact they were NZ made is great.
