Great camping spot. The access is not for family with small kids. Best way to get there is on the kayak

Great campsite, lots of space. Beach is great with crystal clear water. Hiking the path a bit takes you to a stunning viewpoint or you can climb around the rocks at low tide.Unfortunately there were jellyfish in the water during my visit however I do not believe they are permanently occupying the area.

Love this place. It is great as not over crowded. Wouldn't recommend coming if you can't handle a long drop tho. Plenty of water supply and easy boat access.

This is a small Auckland council campground. Only takes 40 people staying so is nice and quiet. Best way to get here is by boat but there are several different ways to walk in as there is no car access. Walk around the rocks from Sullivans Bay or from Mahurangi West 2 hrs either side of the high tide. Or walk over the hill either from Sullivans Bay or from the road above. Park in the little layby and walk down the hill. The hill is steep. There are toilets, water and rubbish here otherwise you bring the rest.

Overall very nice campgeound. Theres plenty of space and it's all well maintained and it's quiet too. The beach is a nice one and there is a walk nearby to see some good views.
