arc Wellness Studios- Kelburn

I initially signed up for pregnancy pilates as a low intensity exercise for throughout pregnancy. I had already been to another studio for a similar class prior to Arc but found I enjoyed Arc more overall. I thoroughly enjoyed Arc and all they had to offer. The pilates was very well rounded which really challenged me physically but not beyond my capabilities, I genuinely worked up a sweat at the end of the class, highly recommend. The class was run by Nina who was phenomenal and highly knowledgeable. Despite my own lack of knowledge, re pilates and that realm, she made me feel very comfortable and not like a complete idiot. The studio itself is well thought out with lots of spaces for the varying different services they offer, a beautiful and very clean studio with great views from the studio. I returned for a postnatal physio assessment where I was also treated by Nina. Once again, high level of professionalism and demonstration of knowledge. I felt like I was really being taken care of. They use an online portal/app where all my exercises that she chose throughout our session were stored making it super easy to access and complete keeping me accountable. Can’t recommend Arc highly enough for pilates and physio needs. Thanks heaps!!

Highly recommend, great physio!

I started at Arc around 18 months ago to get some physio support post natal - Sarah was amazing at helping me reduce pain in my lower back and to build strength in my core. Since finishing with Sarah I've been regularly attending reformer pilates classes at Arc once a week and I've noticed a huge difference in my strength to pick up my kids and zero pain in my back anymore. My posture is different and I just feel strong. The reformer classes are small and focussed on helping everyone to build strength and the Kelburn studio is beautifully kitted out. Couldn't recommend the team at Arc highly enough.

I have been going to Arc Physio to Lindsay for about 6 weeks following safety trauma from a car accident - hit by a drunk driver. Lindsay has been a great help in my rehab, providing professional, caring and practical interventions. I felt confident that she knew exactly what I required, and that has proven the case. I feel certain her interventions have helped my recovery tremendously and I am very appreciative. I recommend her.I have also been to Pilates Flow for several years with excellent results, and as part of my rehab I am transitioning from the Physio back to more Pilates.

I have been going to arc Hataitai and Kelburn for my son who has scoliosis ( he saw Nina) and myself with a back injury ( I see Lindsay). They are very knowledgeable professional and caring. Both places have good equipment with plenty of space also great locations and good parking.
