Please implement a numbered queue system for the JP so people know what order they’ll be seen in.

POOR SERVICE was verbally abused from a JP there yesterday as she appeared to be having a bad morning and it seems this particular JP should not be working with people in the community she is very rude and abusive.I needed legal advise a couple days earlier and was also treated poorly from another elderly lady.I ended up getting all the support I needed across the road at tamaki budgetting who go above and beyond and treat people with kindness.I was continuously told by these people im a volunteer (which seems this gave them permission to treat people like rubbish cause they aren't paid).someone needs to look into this.absolutely appauled of how we were treated.Got no support what so ever.If the volunteers aren't happy to give there time maybe they need to go else where.
