There was an issue with my document printed in WS Botany. The bindend document missed a couple of pages. Went to WS Pukekohe. (I stay in Puke.) Taviana and Payal printed the rest of the pages and binded it again. Excellent customer service. Is not every day that you come across this kind of customer service. Well done. Will definitely see me again.

I went there to get two paper copies of my passport, great service and it was done pretty quickly. Although I thought $2.5 for two A5 copies was a bit too much!

I picked up pre-ordered photos today at 10:51am. On checking I discovered I had been given my photos plus photos for 2 other customers (and had been charged for them). I returned to the counter within 4 minutes and was sent by the person who originally served me to the counter where I was first served. This person then told my new cashier that I had been charged for my own photos only. However the new cashier quickly found the original transaction and reimbursed me.The first person who served me failed miserably in the customer service role and should be retrained or removed.

Bad experience. Can not even print a passport photo that can easily print somewhere else. Requested to print document in its orginal size, then made it printed in a small size. The staff should be trained again to work properly at the warehouse stationary Pukekohe.

Asked if I could place a frame behind the counter whilst my photos were being printed, wanted to purchase it but wanted to wait till photos came out and could confirm they werent fuzzy or anything …, lady said there was “no space” to put it anywhere; although their clearly was. Just was not friendly in general, neither were the other staff who could clearly see everyone at the photo machines were struggling..

I had a very large file I hard copy that needed scanned and stored on a USB. I rang Warehouse Stationary in Takinini several times and no one answered the phone. So I called Warehouse Stationary Pukekohe. The staff member who answered was very helpful. I drove to the store. The job was big so I was asked to come back to pick it up. When i came back to collect it Taylor served me. She was very helpful and offered solutions to help me. I also heard other customers complimenting Taylor on her service. Well done Taylor. Keep up the great service. It's rare nowadays.

I mainly use the photo kiosk get my photos printed sorted and developed. There is always 20 minute or more wait. At times there are not enough staff on serving customers at counter or on the floor for information about products. Place is always clean and tidy and when staff are available they are always courteous and helpful. Prices in Warehouse stationery moderate prices. Few people here today good flow staff helpful.

5 stars for the guy that helped me get my desk home, and for the guy that helped us get it to the car. Thanks so much! Friendly and willing to go extra mile. The lady on the counter 2 days prior couldn't have given a toss. Finished serving person in front of me and then just walked off without a word..and then 2 other counter staff served others while we just had to wait. Get a better queue system please and be courteous to customers. 1 star for customer service from the other staff.
