To anyone suffering from long term pain, I would highly recommend you get in touch with Vanessa at Radiate Vitality and book in a consultation. After just three Bowen sessions with Vanessa my back pain problems, which I had been suffering with for years, have gone. Bowen Therapy and Vanessa's knowledge and skills are a great combination!

Have been suffering with lower back pain for 20 years since my second pregnancy. Struggled to find relief, despite having regular sports massages and physio. After 2 sessions of Bowen with Vanessa my back was transformed. Best and longest lasting results I have ever achieved. Definitely recommend.

Thanks to Vanessa my health has been steadily improving and progress is being achieved on a week-by-week basis.I have had a cardio problem for some time and have been unable to get on top of it, however, since I started my treatment with Vanessa my health is improving, and I am becoming healthier and certainly a lot more active than I was before commencing this treatment.I can whole heartedly recommend Vanessa to anyone who needs to tackle a nagging health issue to regain a normal lifestyle and enjoy life to the full.
