Beer is fantastic 9.5/10Food is decent 7/10Atmosphere is awful, the music was too quiet, the lighting was the wrong colour and too bright, round tables are used and paint on them makes everything stick to it. Service was very inexperienced and not proactive or interesting. Have been a second time and staff said they were full and didn’t try to make us fit in at all. Even for a drink if you want a pub experience and beer focus you need to be able to flow walk ins in and out or the culture will never develop.

The atmosphere and drinks pretty good. Steak and chips not the best. Came with no sauces. Had to ask at extra cost was ok but felt strange to ask. No sides on menu listed. Coleslaw looked store bought. Neat to have drink specials showed on whiteboard, was sat in front of table on chair but needed to be removed not left their during our entire meal.

Food took 1 1/2 hours to come out. Fries were good but one of my baos had an unexpected bone in it. Nowhere quiet to change or feed a baby

First time there, wont be back. Were seated and not told we had to order food and drinks at the bar so 15 mins later we got our own drinks, 2 hours later after asking if we had been forgotten because everyone after us was eating,our meals arrived and what sounded like a mouth watering pork belly burger... I got instead a tiny burger full of coleslaw and a battered bit of pork with no sauce or mayo costing 26.00,I couldn't eat it, best part was the chips, the girl behind the bar was lovely though she gave us a free drink because of our long wait. As leaving my other half said... I dont like to winge but we will not be back.

This is the best bbq I have had in the South Island (possibly NZ) and I travel all over the country frequently . P.S if you like a bit of hot spice order the Korean hot sauce as a side ! Phenomenal! The friendly service is as good as the food. Last but not least the beer selection is great! I don’t often give five stars but this spot sure deserves it!

Food is amazing! Awesome to have something different here in Invercargill. Unfortunatley the whole experience was let down by the customer service and the overall atmosphere of the place. Music was really quiet, staff made no small talk so it was very uncomfortable ordering drinks and standing there in silence waiting for them. Felt like we needed to rush and were told we had to be out by a certain time. There was only us and another table eating in there at the same time .... would of tried the dessert special if we werent told a time to leave. The list could go on.Place would be booming if someone sat down and spent time focusing on what the customer experience should look and feel like.

Enjoyed the food but there was not much of it for the cost. Very noisy and dark. Would not rush back
