H MART ALBANY (Hanarum)

I have to drive a bit to come here but worth it. People here are so friendly and warm. You can also find stuff that you cannot find other Korean grocery shops too (eg. some unique Korean vegetables - frozen, Korean grown shiitake mushroom). I was a bit disappointed Korean/ Asian shops near my places and decided to travel a bit further but seriously worth it!

The checkout lady was rude at Albany. I was trying to pay and there was NO one standing in the queue. I did not notice that there is another lady at the table on the side of the checkout choosing up cakes, simply because she was not in the line for check out. The checkout lady immediately ask me to back off in a bad attitude and sounded like I jumped into the queue. I said that I am not awear of that customer was in the queue"

Great little store. These guys got a large variety of food products from South Korea at good prices. We usually go here for soft drinks, ice cream, chewing gum and various other snacks. They also got frozen foods, Korean spices, butchery and health products.

Good selection of Korean food items and very neat and clean

This used to be my go to shop for Korean and Asian groceries. Even after owners were changed and there was another bigger Korean groceries opened near by I kept going here. However when I recently visited the guy at the check out has completely changed my mind. He had ear buds in and listening to his music. Obviously there was no greeting or welcoming. He was quite rude in general and did not seem cared about his customer. I bought quote a few things that day and all the items were left on the check out counter after the scanning and all. He wouldn't move a finger to help with putting them into the shopper bags, although there was no other customer waiting behind. He actually turned away and started humming along to his own tune rather. This was very disappointing. I have been a loyal customer here even though they had relatively less choice of items compare to some other bigger shops. I will no longer be returning here and will go elsewhere where I feel valued.

This is the real deal. Lots of imported foods and goods including popular Korean side dishes and pickles. Affordable and really fresh yummy ready-to-eat food as well.Pack your own bags, yall. You can do it!

Nice Korean supermarket. Good variety of Korean products and they label their items and prices in English language too, it made our shopping so much easier and enjoyable. Lovely staffs and good customer service.

Customer service was average at best, basically ignored me and put the order through.But the store itself is great and quite large! Lots of products (including cheese filled ricecakes!!) Very exciting shopping in there.

An interesting shop with sub businesses inside as is common in Korean shops. (From fresh food to clothes) prices a little higher than some shops maybe but range very good
