I have been shopping at P & S for over 10 years and it appears the stores shelves are just over half filled for over a year now.Covid is over.!!!!!!!Also the prices charged are usually more expensive than P & S New Plymouth. The deli display is:it appears that the food doesn't look all that fresh....all the timeseriously take a look!Don't sell the variety of food products like N/P......When I have to go to N/P I bulk buy from P&S N/P.......

The staff are very friendly, I recently visited and had a quick exchange with one of the online team who was helpful and kind enough to show me exactly where the item I was looking for was, despite seeming very busy herself. She wished me a great rest of my day before proceeding on with her job. Excellent customer service. :)

Went in looking for a gift basket but they had none I did however purchase some chocolates and dead flowers in dirt and a couple of overpriced plush toys which after I got home realized I had to finish the sewing on as my lamas hair was a tupe somehow flapping in the wind. The two stars are for the lovely lady who stopped to assist me. Everything else was unsatisfactory.

Disgraceful customer service by TANYIA . Very rude and ignorant for no reason . Otherwise it's nice place for shopping but a customer shouldn't uncomfortable at checkouts . Please take in consideration and provide further training . Time and date could be provided for camera views if required. Very disappointing ..

The vast majority is great, except the meat is filled with water, tried frying a piece of steak and it stewed. So will not be buying meat from there again. Look at the bottom of the trays filled with a red liquid that is not blood! Buyer beware
