I had some dog urine stains that didn't come out using a rug doctor. I contact two companies and this was my 2nd email. I heard back within 90 mins and arranged Zhong to come out the next day. Great communication from his business parter as well around timing and method. Super friendly and I found it really efficient dealing with Help Clean who also took care to clean a dirty couch seat. They even took some photos of what they did and sent those through as well!
