After moving into our new house we had problems with our two unites.The technician that had installed the two units returned a number of times after ordering parts to try get the two units operating again and sure did his best to get them operating as they should do.Sadly the two units are still not working for over two months and still waiting on more parts as the first attempt was not successful.Its a shame that having a new house with new heat pumps that don't operate at all and Daikin will not replace them, sadly what a shame that the service is of very poor standard and not reliable.After having no responce through email I had called Daikin and the call taker was talking all over me and lauphing when I was trying to explain what the problems.

I had 5 units installed in a new commercial building. 4 faulted after 7 years. 3 of these were not repairable. Daikin NZ blamed the installer and had no interest investigating the reason for the faults. I would have expected a longer life than 7 years!!

Issues started to crop up 6 months after installation of the Cora heat pump. Contacted the installer to remedy this but got fobbed off each time. Next time, I would go for a different company with a functioning aftersales service.
