Was such a life saver for us during our last minute Christmas trip to Auckland from Wellington. Got picked up by a shuttle from AKL airport and everything else was a breeze. GO is definitely a part of some great memories we had in Auckland this Christmas. Surely recommend!

Easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Good value, we did a lot of driving and filled the tank of a small hatch back, Toyota Yaris 3 times ($85-90) each time, need to factor that into you budget or the model/fuel economy of the car you may select.

Flew in from Utah to visit family for about 2 weeks. Was curious as to what rentals were available in the Auckland area and found Go Rentals through Google. Went through and booked a rental through them online and will never regret it!!! Hands down the best rental agency that I have ever worked with. Their process is quick and very efficient. That staff there is top notch and very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely use them going forward each time I visit New Zealand…thank you all

Highly recommended. Go Rentals is now our preferred car rental when we visit NZ. We arranged a vehicle a few months before and it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Booked a shuttle at the airport through there app and didn't take long to pick us up as they are 5 minutes from the International airport. Friendly, fast and efficient counter service and we were off. Returning the vehicle was even faster.

Basic rental company. Cheaper then all the big namers (Hertz etc ..). Pickup 20th, dropped off 3rd Jan, $2100 including insurance for $350 excess if at fault accident. Got the March’22 Outlander. Same car comparable rate from Hertz $2500. Probably only spoke a maximum of 10 words from pickup to drop off. Everything is done on the app and very little interaction.Only disadvantage is that it’s 3min drive from the airport with shuttle pickup. If planes are delayed and you land after 5pm, it becomes very stressful with kids / rain and luggage.

Very fast check in, was welcomed by the best customer service I have ever received with any car rental company. The shuttle driver was accommodating and friendly also. Price for a brand new car was well worth the week hire.
