What a well situated retirement village this is. Right next to a supermarket, with another directly opposite. Three major banks diagonally opposite. A bus stop outside for those going to Henderson, another opposite, fir those returning from Henderson. Waitakere hospital about 1km away.And for those like ourselves who like socialising, cafes closeby.Ryman have chosen an amazing site here for we retirees. Safe, convenient, and brand new!!

We were aging and not enjoying great health, lived in our home for 59 years asset rich cash poor. We had a huge decision to make to make our twilight years less worrisome!We checked out many west Auckland retirement viliages and finally visited RYMANS new Lincoln Rd. MIRIAM CORBAN villiage under construction but completed apartments where being sold. We had a look! Super impressed with size, quality of workmanship, safety features and excellent location to all local facilities!After short deliberation we put up our deposit and sold family home. Sad but necessary!Been here now 9 weeks!Absolutely no regrets! Friendly staff and management, excellent handyman, all sorts of entertainment, trips, happy hours exercise classes and other great activities.WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND any RYMAN Retirement viliage but love Miriam Corban villiage 211. Lincoln Rd. HENDERSON.the Charltons west Auckland.
