Robyn is the consummate owner professional. Spends a lot of time in the planning of the colour and style and always takes time to review it at subsequent appointments. The salon is spacious , light , clean and quiet. Its always a great experience and the other stylists are all very friendly and welcoming (:

Wow wow, so new to Rangiora; needed help sorting my waist length hair! Went to see Robyn and Beckie …. Had a discussion about my needs… the only thing I wished we’d remembered to do was take a photo… thank you ladies my yellow blonde Goldilocks hair is now a beautiful pearl blonde to match my attempt at growing out my silvers… totally recommend the team at Chrome for colour correction it’s a great experience….

Was wanting to get my pink based hair colour turned to a lavender purple or something with more blue base - their products would not give satisfactory coverage apparently, so stylist coloured my hair burgandy - adding more red to my hair - the exact opposite of what I was wanting! Fashion colours not within their skill range. Very disappointed, will not be going back or recommending.
