Warm, friendly service. Picked out a couple of cutie kittens. Clean cattery and reception area. Nice little shop area too. Great staff.

Lovely Staff and very clean! Got to take our new honey girl home which was the best thing ❤️ they were very accomodating and helpful with any questions we had.

Today, 28/12/22. Worst service possible!. Please understand what’s important that these pets need a home not a person on the front desk not happy with their job. That kinda attitude really puts some one off from even going through the process with you guys. I can say it’s really put me off including the person who was before me in line and the person after too. Terrible!.

Thus isn't from me. A westgste/ Hobsonville post. Really no othetway to reportWent for a walk in Moire Park.. saw a man and his dog, Unfortunately for this dog his owner isn’t a very good person. The dog went to play with other dogs (as dogs do) and because he ignored his owners call to come back this man hit his dog several times hard. The dog lied in submission and Ofcourse took the beating. I didn’t know what to do. I wanted to say something but didn’t want to make the situation worse for the dog. He left the dog park after as punishment for his dog not listening to him. (I heard him say just that) What can I do in a situation like that? Does the dog have rights? Is it legal to hit a dog? (In my world it isn’t but in the real world things take time) I’m so gutted I full on cried walking away.I just watched him leave and I felt terrible that this still happens.What can we all do in this situation that doesn’t make it worse for the dog?

Cherie and the Team at SPCA Hobsonville are awesome, not only for the incredible work they do with animals but the service, care and passion displayed is so neat to see. Highly recommend this team, we had a great experience adopting our kitten and are very grateful they made it so easy.

Quite simply outstanding! I cannot recommend highly enough. The communication and process was seamless and very professional and knowledgeable. We visited yesterday and Mia took us through to meet new potential cats to adopt!. We are pleased that we came away with a lovely cat who we are so excited to integrate into our home!. Mia and all the staff provide an amazingly easy process to adopt and we feel so great we had had this experience with SPCA. We would highly recommend!!!!!!!! Thank you!
