Went for a Brazilian, good atmosphere, and good customer service. But the actually waxing I got done was patchy, I have random strands of hair (and groups of hair) that she didn't take care of. A rushed, lazy, and messy job.I would like to give them more stars, because they were so friendly. But what I paid for wasn't up to par, will not be going again.

Professional and friendly. A great range of services at an awesome price. Lovely clean interior space and plenty of free on street parking out front and nearby. Their online booking system is really easy to use too. I would highly recommend Smooth Beauty.

Had the best experience today my eyebrows and eyelashes never looked so good. Highly recommend.

I went to Smooth a few times. First time was for an eyelash lift and tint. It was uneven and I had the glue and ink left on my skin around my eyes so had to go home and clean up myself.The second time was a consultation with their specialist Paul. I felt upselled on very expensive products but went along with it as I finally wanted to take care of my acne. I did not feel like those products improved anything. The third appointment was for a mild chemical peel. I was told I would look fine the next day, when I was going to a wedding. However Paul decided to do extractions before the peel which left me with scabs for a good week and then 2 scars which are still there months later. I was given a free facial however that did not improve the scars. The staff are very friendly but I won't go back.

Cheyenne your absolutely amazing. I was so nervous but you helped me be calm and made it go so 'Smooth'. Definitely recommend her and also their services. Clean and hygienic. You made a anxious situation so calm. Thank you so much. I'll be back for sure.

The girl that did my nails was lovely. The gel polish only lasted a few days before beginning to peel and within a week I needed to get it removed.. usually i get a good 2 weeks. limited colour selection also available. I would look for another place if you were looking to get your nails done.
