I was very impressed with the service provided regarding our gas supply and fire place. Working cleanly, and respectful of my home. made sure all parts were safe and suggested checking extra things regarding our gas fire place I didn't know to check and was pleased it was suggested.

Had a new bench installed and this required disconnection of water and gas then reconnection once bench installed. They were on time and fitted into the arrangements. All staff are professional and reliable. Office staff are a pleasure to deal with when making bookings. PWG is the only company I go to - I know I will get a good job done at a reasonable cost.

We had our new Rinnai unit installed and hot water cylinder removed recently by PGW and couldn't be happier. Great service, competitive price and they left the space tidy with no issues. Thanks!!

Amid the chaos of Covid Level 3 Lockdown we developed a burst pipe behind the bath. We discovered it and turned the water off at 10.00pm. Right from 8.00 the next morning, the office girl Emma (?) could not have been more understanding and helpful. She found us a 'slim' plumber as requested. It is NOT easy to get under our low lying house.John arrived as promptly as he could ( was 45 mins away on another job) and he was cheerful, polite and extremely helpful to a couple of pensioners. Nothing seemed any trouble.The leak was dealt with, water turned on and a happy camp achieved in 30 mins. We are doing the bathroom up in level 2 and we shall most definitely request John and this company from our initial experience. Awesome work Plumbing & Gas Works Ltd. You guys rock.

I accepted a quote for replacing a low pressure Hot water cylinder for a Rheem 180 Ltr Mains pressure cylinder. I was happy with the prompt reply and install of the new cylinder. 10/10 for install. - The down side was after promptly paying the balance of the Quoted price, I received an invoice for a slightly lesser price, and was told I owed, when in fact I'd probably overpaid. All sorted and happy with the job done.

Had our hot water cylinder fail on a Friday night. Sent them a message over the weekend, they called me back Monday morning and had a technician round Monday afternoon to fix it all. Super stoked with the speed, service and quality of the work. Much appreciated and good to have a warm shower back!

Just wanted to share my personal experience. Poor communication and quote estimation. Actual invoice over twice the 'estimate', which makes me feel very dissatisfied. We chose them as their estimate was cheaper than others, but it turned out that the other quotes which were in writing, and in detail was much cheaper than them. I suggest that you communicate the cost-breakdown upfront in terms of approximate material costs + certification cost + how is the labor hours calculated, etc. to avoid surprises.Otherwise, good and friendly staff. PGW installed central heating for us and undertake annual check of the system. The system is thoroughly checked to make sure it is running optimally prior to winter use. Friendly technician and happy to use PGW service in the future.

Service was brilliant from the moment I submitted an enquiry online via their website. Every team member I have dealt with has been extremely professional, helpful and efficient. We eventually went with PGW for the work required and couldn't fault their service. The team who came out and installed our new infinity gas system were top notch, to which we were super thankful for especially during level 3! Fantastic service, highly recommend and will definitely utilize their services again should I require them. Thanks again for all round great service - couldn't fault ya!

Great service and a great job. Installation of our gas heater took 4 visits owing to the fault of the retailer we purchased heater off, ( not Plumbing and gas works ) not supplying all components, then wrong fascia, etc. The account was exactly as quoted, should have been a one visit job - now that is going the extra mile.
