Simon was a fantastic property manager over the course of our tenancy. Whenever we had an issue with our property, he would respond in a swift and timely manner, even organising call-outs on a Saturday when we needed. I would highly recommend Simon as a property manager.

Lauren was amazing and took great care of me. Amanda was horrible and called me asking if I wanted a fight when I disputed a cleaning fee that was paid for without my consent while my tenancy was still active and on a day I was still paying rent as they had signed tenants for the next day and they were in a rush. Would not recommend.

They have always been professional, honest, reasonable, and very fair in our dealings with regards to our properties and our tenants. Amanda has been excellent in finding quality tenants, performing routine property checks, obtaining quotes for maintenance work, checking on workmanship, assisting us with Healthy Homes Assessments and where necessary arranging for the upgrading of our properties to comply with recently introduced legislation.Amanda provides us with excellent quarterly inspection reports including good images of the property and appropriate recommendations for any future maintenance that may be required. Amanda works with our recommended tradespeople as well as Taylor Property’s registered list of tradespeople to provide a prompt efficient service (to the tenants) at fair price to us the landlord. We like to keep our properties in a very tidy condition and Amanda will highlight any future or potential maintenance issues as soon as they are known enabling us to forward plan and schedule the work to be done.The Monthly Property Rental Statements are received on a timely fashion. Amanda and the Team at Taylor Property Services Ray White deposit rental income into our bank account on time and their rental schedules feed seamlessly into our financial systems.
