Fence Up

I haven’t used their service, but I had an interaction with one of their staff today when I nicely asked the driver of a Fence Up vehicle to not park on yellow lines on a dangerous spot across the road from a primary school. The driver (in a Fence Up uniform) just said it was ok and walked off into the school. Not a good look when driving a company vehicle.This was also not the first time I have seen that company vehicle parked in that illegal spot. Hopefully some feedback will encourage them to park safely when doing the school pickup, and not endanger the kids walking home from school. There is plenty of street parking down the road from the school, so I hope this company isn’t as lazy building fences as they are with finding parking.

Avoid Fence Up if you can. Having used this contractor in the past year. Their price is probably lower than others but the workmanship is very poor. We construct new houses and this contractor is one of the worst we've dealt with. There are far better contractors to build your fence and you should look somewhere else.

This company built a replacement retaining wall for us in June. I want to publish my experience for people who rely on Google Review when choosing tradesman. Be ware of this company.1. This company doesn't keep promise. Juliano promised he used drainage system for our retaining wall. He said he doesn't have to show me where he bought the material from. He said the materials were buried. Had they cleaned the rubbish as they should, I would never be able to unveal the truth. See photo. There is no sign of drainage stone, nor drainage coil, nor pipe whatsoever. I have concern on the quality now.2. This company doesnt display professionalism. They left with post covered in chunky cement buried halfway in the ground. Lots of brick chips, old concrete blocks, scattered around on the lawn. He charged $500 to remove rubbish. When I sent him message to remove the big block of cement, he chose to ignore me. My husband had to use hammer and chisel to break it up. Thanks to his decision, we have dug out rubbish and big post, and discovered the fact he didn't install any drainage system.
