We recently have had the team fromOxygen air Tauranga install ducted air conditioning in our home.To say it was a great experience is an understatement!We couldn’t be happier with the professional experience we received throughout the entire process through out all stages from initial consult with Alex in sales, to the site visit lead by Andy and installation with Stefan and his team.Their dedication to customer service has been out standing.Communication with Hannah at head office continued the seamless service.Right down to the hard work we saw from Stefan and his team on a 10hr install day shows exactly what’s involved to complete the job to a high standard.Our home was treated with respect, the install team cleaned up as they went and vacuumed regularly throughout the day.Leaving each area in our home clean and tidy on completion.We consulted directly with the teameach step of the way over the 12 month planning period as we were incorporating the ducting in our home renovation.The personal and professional service we received including product knowledge and technical information and guidance throughout the whole process helped us make the right choice of unit for our lifestyle.Would definitely recommend Team Oxygen Air !

We have used Oxygen Air on 3 seperate occasions for heat pump installs in the Papamoa area. Each time we have experienced excellent service right throughout the process. The team are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Quotes were prepared quickly with multiple options given and the install was within a couple weeks each time which was super quick, especially as we booked during high demand seasons. As repeat customers, we would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a heat pump for their home or business.

In no way do I want this review to reflect on the pre-sale and sale completion experience had with Alex from the Tauranga business.The installation and post installation service from this business has been appalling. We are now 8 months post install and are still experiencing unresolved performance issues.Our ongoing poor experience with Oxygen Air has left us extremely disappointed and anxious that even once all issues are resolved we will not feel confident the system will do what was initially sold to us to keep our young family warm in winter and cool in summer.Safe to say we have informed our neighbours, family, friends and colleagues to steer clear.

I purchased two heat pumps from Oxygen Air in Auckland, one for the lounge and a smaller one for the main bedroom. Both Fujitsu, and totally happy with them. The installer did a really good job, very tidy and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommended. Thanks, OxyAir +++++

After sale service is non existent. Once purchase is done. They don’t want to know you. After encountering problem with the unit, trying to make contact with this company Oxygen Air, they told me to go to another company. Because they no longer allowed to sell the heat pump. As a consumer, I was left high and dry. Any good advice as what should I do? By the way, this request for service assessment comes a year later. My advice to you all is “have nothing to do with this Oxygen Air”.

I had Oxygen air come and reconnect my outdoor unit after some renovation work and carry out a service. Great comms from the team and the engineers did a great job. Will definitely use them again.
