Great location, clean apartment with all amenities short walk to beach and lagoon. Clear veiw of White Island and friendly owners living on-site 10 mins to Opotiki town

We had just finished a long haul with 2 young kids to arrive with a lady ranting and raving aggressively because we hadn't red the policy about no children (which is sent out after you book and 3/4 the way down the looooonnnngggg page!). What a way to greet people! Could have been polite about it instead of getting all angry and upset! Also location is Waiotahi, not Ohiwa! Glad we never ended up giving our money over to such a nasty lady. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Wonderful mini break away from the kids. Needles to say I soaked up the peace and quiet. So relaxing going to sleep to the sound of the waves crashing just across the road from apartments.Perfect place to switch off and unwind. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.This is my second time here and I imagine I will be back again in the not so distant future.

A delightful place in the native bush reserve. Close to the sea without being in danger of tsunami. Gorgeous spacious motel rooms and comfy beds. Excellent sea views. Reasonable prices too.

A lovely view of the ocean. Rooms are set out that one bedroom has a view, the other is 2 single beds, no view. The shower flooded the bathroom. Beach was lovely and it's a quiet location.

A wonderful getaway. Quiet, fantastic beach for swimming and walking and hosts that leave you to it and helpful when you need to seek them out. Lovely well designed apartments with fantastic balconies, peaceful decor and great beds.
