The service is great, the staff is friendly and oh my the goodies are so delicious!!!! Second time we are ordering a birthday cake from them. Price is reasonable and you get a really good out come!!

Lovely team and very polite. I was a few minutes early for dessert night but I didn't mind waiting as they open at 4pm for it. It was cheesecake night and they were delicious. Enormous praise for all the work put in making all the different flavours. I enjoyed the Black Doris plum very much. Many thanks and I'll be back.

I will not be back after coming in today just before 4 as I had to head home with my kids I was looking at the cheesecakes for desert night and was told I will not sell you one before 4 and I still have one more to go out, when I said even if I want a slice of what’s out as I need to take get my kids home I live over an hour away was told no. Guess it’s the last time I’m ever going in here found it extremely rude

I have ordered two cakes from Humdingers and both times they have been outstanding. Absolutely beautiful presentation and incredibly delicious. Customer service and communication was also fantastic throughout the whole ordering process both times. It is worth every dollar to me as there's no way I could create anything so special!

Thanks for the beautiful cake Humdingers!!! Highly recommend these guys. Very professional and they customize cakes according your need. The red velvet cake was so yummy. Just keep in mind that you need to order 7-10 days before your celebration day as they are fully booked most of the time.

Had to pay an extra $60 for some unknown reason and the cake wasn't all that good at all. Highly wouldn't recommend humdingers cake Ltd to any friends or family. Would rather spend my money on a decent cake from the cheesecake factory

Although the cake looked amazing on the outside it was very underwhelming on the inside. Was pulled out of the fridge two hours before being served and was still like frozen Consistency, Recommend time was 1 hour prior… the taste was definitely a let down also. Feeling a little down considering the price.

After the 1st and 2nd visit I declared not to go back as per previous comments such as 'Treating your customers like you have something on the bottom of your shoe'. It's been a while, thought I'd try a last time - once again - staff assume what you want - no questions asked, therefore extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Didn't even bother to correct staff to what was being requested as they'd already started heading away. Third times a charm.
