Noel Leeming Taupo

A big thank you to Jake in Taupo for some wonderful customer service. My elderly parents went in quite nervous about whether they could replace their vital landline answer phone with large buttons and hard of hearing sound options. He looked after them beautifully, finding the perfect solution for them, including a new feature that slows sound down when people are talking too fast. Magic! And he did it all with calm reassurance and a smile. They’re so happy, thank you Jake, you’ve made their day!

This is the only Noel Leeming store in Taupo and has great shopping experience as rest of the store nation wide. The staff is friendly and helpful and has all the electronic gadgets, accessories and household items you need. We stopped here on Boxing day and it was really good experience. We were in and out of the shop in 10 minutes. We got we wanted and it was done so fast.

Easy to find what you're looking for, and the staff are very approachable.

Very poor store, bought a new phone for $1599.00 it failed after two weeks use sent away for repair(Samsung) haven't heard a thing for 6 weeks, no phone and no one in store wants to talk to you about it. We have spent thousands of dollars with this store and it doesn't make any difference. Very poor!!!

Friendly team and great range of products at reasonable prices

Staff are very friendly once you're able to catch someone's attention. My husband and I were walking around for awhile before I got hoha and went to the counter. I felt bad as there was a gentleman who looked as puzzled as we were so told them he needed a hand too! I can't stand electronics lol

Have to score it 4 as took laptop in under warranty to be repaired and wasnt booked in properly. Went back 2 weeks later and got issue resolved. Staff from this time were fantastic. If I had dealt with the these staff members it would have been a 5

Walked into Noel Leeming Taupo yesterday the store is nicely presented a lot of staff standing around having to chase someone to help me . I was urgently chasing a bracket holder and camera stand to surport my I phone explained to the sales person exactly what I wanted . I was lead over to a beauty light and camera surport for blogging just ridiculous.I asked is all you have this is all that we have she had no interest and dismissed me very quickly she did not have a look on the computer to see what stock that they had .Noel Leeming is the place to buy these sorts of accessories so I had a look for myself . Found what I wanted in a few seconds .I went back to the counter to the sales person I had spoken to said nothing . I asked her I thought that you had nothing . No apology just couldn’t care less . Very unhelpful if it wasn’t for me looking for myself I would of walked out of the shop .The items that I brought are far from being cheap . Management should take note notice of this review and employ staff that are interested and have the skills to serve customers with there products
