Night ‘n Day Woolston

We love the ice creams and the Tuesday deals at this store. I am always polite and nice to the staff as you never know the conditions they have to put up with on a daily basis. The blonde lady is always polite and nice to me and my daughter. I have never had any issues.

Bought some wedges and they were stone cold. Guess it's too much work just to keep hot food hot. Slack. Who wants to eat cold, dry wedges? Sort it out it's not that hard.

Walked in to the shop and was hit in the face by heat, it was disgusting!! felt sorry for the worker there. She was lovely.The icecream for cones was melting, the chocolate bars had turned into liquid, got a cream freeze which I had to throw out as it was gritty. No owner should allow the workers or customers be in that condition.

Walked into the shop at around 1045am on a Wednesday.... no Jimmy's pies in the warmer and no chips or wedges ready. Needless to say, I walked straight back out.Not what one expects when they grew up down south where night 'n days are reliable.

The food ordered through Uber is consistently disappointing, as it arrives with mistakes time and time again. What makes it even more infuriating is the complete lack of responsiveness from the store when you try to inform them about the missing items in your order. It's truly disheartening to experience such a high level of negligence in customer service. To make matters worse, both Doordash and Uber offer an extremely limited selection of shakes, leaving you with no other option but to settle for the mundane standard shake. This entire ordeal has left me with no choice but to abandon any positive feedback. While I have had satisfactory experiences with other franchises of this business, this particular one consistently gets their orders wrong and shows a complete disregard for their customers. I do understand that working in the hospitality industry can be draining, as I currently work in it myself, but there is no excuse for such consistent mishaps. It's a clear indication that they lack the commitment to delivering quality service

This is directed at the owners of this store.What a terrible experience. It is like an oven in the sore on this hot day. I felt so sorry for the workers. Unacceptable. First and last for me. Won't support sweatshop environment ever again. Please do better for your workers.

The old blonde lady is extremely rude, bad service, has a narcissistic attitude, and unprofessional. She was trying to gaslight her bad service over to the customers fault. The experience was awkward, and kept me waiting although order was ready. She kept asking if she could help in other ways and I kept responding no I'm just waiting for the order. Then when other worker realised, he gave me order and she was saying i was trying to order things that I said several times j wasn't interested in. Customer service is extremely important in business, and she doesn't have customer service skills. If she an employee, she should be trained, if she's a manager, they don't deserve business. Don't recommend

Love that the store is open 24 hours. The older lady was very helpful with finding the product I wanted.
