Half a star, very unprofessional, very opinionated, very rude, incompetent.Terrible service here, money hungry and judgemental.If you are looking for a good lawyer in New Lynn - Paulo Garcia, he's up the road on the otherside towards the mall.Much better, very professional and very competent.EDIT:You say I was never a client - well this is correct, I came to you for a FREE service - to get papers certified. Maybe that's why y'all were so useless. As you weren't going to make any money.

Great service! Receptionist has been very helpful, reminded me that two IDs are required for Notary Public service, and told me that in one appointment one extra paper only costing $10 extra, and helped me finding the right location of the office. Don replied my email instantly and detailedly, and when we met he was nice and friendly, and offered to go extra miles for electric copy to the recipient as well.

Since 2013, I’ve dealt with John, Deborah and Danielle across property sales/purchases, wills, commercial property agreements and other matters requiring legal advice.Would highly recommend all three, as they are all professional, very capable and responsive.I’m a customer experience professional, and note that generally business that operate in highly sensitive areas (medical, law) have many happy clients that don’t want to be identified, thus less reviews/high ratings.Sad to see in this case, there seem to be many fake reviews also.

We had a wonderful experience with Mary O'Connor from Thomas and Co as we purchased our first house. We were extremely grateful for the spend and efficiency in which she worked as it meant we could act quickly and get everything sorted for going to auction (several times).
