Frimley Lodge Motel

COCKROACHESAlot of cockroaches,I downplayed it to my partner and hid/flushed as I killed them, as it was already 10pm. Not sure where the biggest one fell from, the shower or the towel, but it made a thud loud enough I turned around to see what the noise was, and I'm quite deaf. If the misses had've seen it we would've been leaving at 11pm to sleep in the car I guess.Killed more the next morning before we had to leave for the day by 6am.Partner forgot sweatshirt, went back to room and cockroach was walking across her bag, that was it she was out.Partner tried calling and has emailed, they won't refund the extra night we'd already paid for, so I'm well out of pocket because we paid to stay somewhere else.

Purchased tickets for Mission Concert and booked a stay at Frimleywhich was confirmed. On month later the booking was canceled without explanation. Very poor service.

Great place to stay, has a pool but we didn't get to go for a swim as the weather wasn't great. The rooms were really nice and clean. Host was helpful and friendly. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay again.

Would give no stars if it was possible. Three of us stayed and only supplied with 2 towels which were thread bare. As for the bed, if you want a night of no sleep and springs sticking in every part of your body then stay here. We ended up sleeping on the floor because the bed was so bad and we all know how disgusting motel floors are. When mentioned to owner the following morning they didn't care. Couldn't mention it to them earlier as we were out and didn't go to bed until after 11pm so did the courteous thing and waited till morning. If we had of known what sort of response we got I would have gone and woken them up that night and demanded a different room. Definitely avoid this place.

We stayed here a while ago and it was lovely but this time I was a bit disappointed. I slept on pull out bed in lounge that had very very thin mattress and was provided with only one sheet which I couldn't do anything about as the lateness of getting back to unit. Lucky only I was sleeping there so folded sheet to make top and bottom.

Excellent service, lovely and clean. A bit of wear and tear but didn't effect our stay. Only downside was the parking is very tight apart from that was lovely and excellent value

Excellent. Although the motel is older style, the place has been renovated with excellent facilities e'g new showers, toilets, bathroom, carpets, beds etc. The supplied teas/coffees/biscuits were generous and good quality.The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The motel is on the main road but traffic noise was minimal.The owners were very friendly & helpful. I noticed they looked us in the eyes when they spoke with us, rather than just treating us a passing supplier of revenue!Well done. We'll stay with you again

Spotless beautiful environment. Pool was a luxury after a long drive. Manager was very cheerful and helpful with providing instructions and directions. Love our unit. Shops and restaurant are within reach. Will certainly choose this place in the future :)

The room is stuck in the 80's. Hot room without aircon. Fridge is too small and shower head keeps falling down. The beds are made up for winter but its the middle of summer, but the beds are comfortable to sleep on top of.
