I had a brilliant experience when Caitlyn served me in the Dunedin shop a week ago. She had a great knowledge of stock and was able to source what I was asking for. Caitlyn was busy at the time, but managed very well to serve multiple people at once. It was great to see such great service provided by young people in your shop. Thank you Caitlyn for your help. I am sure to be back.

What an awesome bunch of super friendly girls. Well done to all of you for running such a gorgeous store. I wish I knew your names, you all so so good at what you do. Not many stores realize that it's the experience that counts. We don't remember what's said to us, we always remember how we got treated. Good on ya team

Very sad, very sad for a place like NZ which I have praised for its niceness. My family and I were either racially or financially profiled right upon entry. We went to shop for our kids. The moment we were seen by the ladies their facial muscles stretched into derision. And get this, when I went to one to ask for shoes size for my kid, she replied with the price....interesting!

Highly recommend this store. Bobby is a very personable and obliging sales person. Also it's good to see a wider range of items stocked at this store than they used to.
