I have participated in classes with both Vania and Alicia and found both to be warm, welcoming and safe Pilates instructor’s! They really know the body and how to get the most out of your Pilates class. Challenging me but also able to offer tweaks to positions and technique to suit me, giving me greater physical awareness.
