Just had the best service at About Face today and couldn't not share.I had an appointment with the very lovely Gabby and honestly her customer service was fantastic. Gabby is so friendly and keeps you chatting, which when waxing is what you need.I am in the process of getting ready for my wedding and she just made me feel real special and also relaxed and just am so grateful for that in the mixture of this week of chaos.She also did a great job. They use Pure Fiji in the store which was just a perfect cherry on top.If I feel brave enough to get my legs waxed again I will definitely know where to go.And, all the scaffolding is off the apartments above too so easy to find again.

The vibe in this place is a bit 'posh' however my consultant made me feel a bit more at home. I have to say the counter staff were slightly dismissive and not as chatty and warm as the consultants.The actual treatment itself was really good and I felt that they did a great job at explaining and pin pointing problems and creating solutions.Only reason this is not a 5 star is the counter staff being slightly on the bland side.
