Such a little gem of a store! Amazing fabrics and good quality gifts. The owner was very lovely and helpful, wish I lived closer but I was very happy when she told me she has an online store :) definitely turned into a returning customer!

Owner was really really rude, telling people to not touch her things. Terrible terrible rude owner. Avoid at all cost-replying to your post. I understand this and I totally agree, but no need to be rude and belittle people. Was very taken aback with your comment.

Placed an order online. Shop owner contacted me via text informing me that some of the items I ordered weren’t available. I confirmed in reply. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I have since called, left voicemail, text and emailed and appear to have been ghosted. No refund and no shipping. Am now turning to disputing the purchase with my bank to get my money back

Such a unique and beautiful range of goods, lovingly curated. Jet is one of my favourite place to buy fabrics and I'm so looking forward to visiting the store in person one day. Victoria packages the online orders so beautifully you feel like you've received a gift, such a treat to order online. So grateful to have such gorgeous boutiques like this in NZ. Well done to the team that keeps it running.

The shop owner was being rude to us. That we were completely shocked and didn’t manage to respond on the spot on how we were being treated. Would probably never ever return to this shop. Please avoid if possible.
