I booked my car in for a new windscreen and was told that it would take all day for the replacement and recalibration of the sensors but they would make the effort to get it done asap as I live in Levin and would love to have my car back by 2.30pm. I recieved a phone call at 11.30am to say my car was ready. Replaced the windscreen efficiently and am impressed with the tidy job and clear instructions.

Went in for full windscreen replacement and camera calibration after, dropped off at 8am took half a day and job was done. Windscreen is perfect and cameras in windscreen working perfect also, couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

Booked for a windscreen, had lots of texts confirming. Arrived at the appointed time only to be told the screen hadn’t arrived. Very disappointing and I will be using another supplier

Really helpful and professional when I was unsure about a chip on my windscreen. They even rang me on the day I booked in and asked if I wanted to come in earlier. Will be using them from now on for any repairs.

Terrible customer service!Took me 5 plus calls to get an appointment. They then told me the already seen me three hours ago when they didn't. Then proceeded to tell me I missed my appointment three days ago! J never made a time because they where going to call me back with a time later on in the day. Useless! Absolutely shocking, would not recommend.

These guys mucked my appointment around, dropped car off and then 2 hours later get a message to say my windscreen wasn't in stock so had to make another appointment. What a hassle, they could've told me when I first took car in. When they did finally do the windscreen they called to say it would be ready at 6, got there at 6 just to be told to wait another 15 minutes at least for the glue to set, and inside on the dash, gear stick etc, and up the sides near windscreen was covered in dirt like mud dried up. Once I gave the car a clean the overall job seems fine, but I definitely wont be back in future.

Cheapest place for windscreen replacement but a 2 - 3 week waiting period, which is all good if your waiting for a warrant recheck. Until they text you the day before and reschedule for another 2 weeks

Had to wait 3 months for new glass to arrive, it was a new vehicle so had to order, screen arrived but was missing parts so now have to wait until January. It's hard to say who is at fault but still frustrating. There communication was good and they were very polite, if my windscreen had of been there with all parts I think it would have been a fast and good service.
