Came in to settle my father's account waited 45 minutes for a staff member to finish chin wagging so I could finally close my dads account... ARE YOU SERIOUS

DO NOT BANK WITH OR LEND FROM! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE RATING IF COULD! Terrible place to bank with. Fees are extremely excessive,Are so unprofessional when it comes to lending, and the excuses they use are pathetic.They will move money in your accounts with an internal transfer - but doesn't show up in another account - Then charge you fees for money they take, not to mention without your permission. They also won't close accounts, even after asking several times , and then still charge you account fees every month for a bank you never use, then charge interest while its in negative.If your looking for a bank, or co-op this definitely isnt what anyone needs.

If you have a direct debit with them they will keep debiting money even though you don’t owe them anything. When I spoke to them they said it was up to us to tell them when the loan has ended otherwise how would they know?? You should know how much money I owe you! It would be different if I defaulted on the loan, then they would be contacting me left right and centre! Have never been late on my loan at any point. Called them up two weeks ago and the girl said my last payment would be $7. But they took the whole amount this week instead when I didn’t anticipate it, causing a huge amount of stress and anxiety.This is STEALING! Why can’t you debit the amount due, instead of me calling to tell you that you’ve taken the wrong amount and to refund me!My advice to anyone with a loan with this company - CHECK HOW MUCH YOU OWE as these people will take it even when you DONT OWE ANYTHING!

Pathetic!! No response to phone calls or messages in regards to a loan account that is due to finish, Goodness knows when i received my last statement.Absolutely look in the other direction level of service is a new low. I would give them no stars but that's not option.
