Altherm Aluminium Joinery (EC)

Cool.

A TERRIBLE experience in every way. I put in my order for my new windows (29/06/20) and was given a 5 week delivery date. 7 weeks comes and goes and the job at my home is at a standstill waiting for the windows. I contact them and they will ‘call right back’ but they don’t, 10 weeks pass, 15 weeks pass, I phone again and they will ‘call right back’ but they don’t. I do not like confrontation so I continue to wait. 22 weeks in, and I manage to find out they haven’t even started the windows.If you like no contact, terrible service and no windows, then Altherm Aluminium is the company for you.

Have used Altherm twice now and have pleased with both jobs.We understand the heavy workload demands all aluminium businesses are under but really appreciated Altherms service and quality.
