Your communication was incredible and the quality of your tradesmen and women in the construction of the house was first rate, this made the build so stressless and easy. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone out there contemplating building a new house.

Absolutely the biggest disappointment! We contacted Dominic back in July as me and my wife were looking at building our first home. At first he was very helpful and then suddenly we never heard from him! We had to extend the settlement day because neither Dominic nor Noel were able to get us a contract. We tried ao many times to get a hold of them and when we were lucky we kept being told that our contract would be ready soon, even our lawyer tried to contact them! For being our first experience trying to get a house, this company made it very stressing! We do not recommend Latitude Homes to anyone as they just promise you they will get back to you and they never do. We just gave up and we have found another company that is interested in building us a home. We haven't heard anything from Latitude yet ... not even to apologise or to let us know why they never called back. We would have appreciated if they would have told us they were too busy to help, at least they would have been honest and wouldn't have made us waste our time but we heard nothing! Maybe they will contact us after this review.

Thank you Latitude Homes for being honest and direct from the get go, we really appreciated that you advertise your prices and have honoured our contract. As our first building experience under challenging covid conditions, things went relatively well and the process enjoyable. Great team to work with, thank you for the flexibility and accomodating our requests to make our build what it is. We are very pleased with the final product!

I usually never write review but Latitude home definitely deserved 5 stars service. It was our first build and thank god we chose latitude. Darrin and his team truly looked after us. They are super professional, response fast and best of all, affordable. This is a company that work for the best interest of their customer.

We have just built our second home with Darrin & Sue Payne of Latitude Homes, Hamilton. From initial planning to the completed build the process has been an absolute pleasure, easy and enjoyable. Navigating covid from our base in Auckland has created some real issues completing our house. From the initial enquiry with Darrin to the handover, our experience with Latitude Homes Waikato has only been positive.The paperwork (variations etc) was handled in a fast and efficient manner by Karen (client relations). Matt, our project manager, was approachable and easy to talk to. All trade persons did an excellent job. We have very recently just moved into our newly built home via Latitude Waikato.Noel was a pleasure to deal with at the beginning, so helpful in allowing us to alter their plans.During the build Darrin, Karen and Matt were great to deal with. Communication was super and all were quick to respond and help when needed.This is our first home and Building was quite a process especially for our first home but Darrin and Sue and their team made it a little easier.We had a budget and Latitude allowed us to build what we wanted without compromising much at all.House has turned out fantastic and we are in love!Thank you :)
