Awesome playground for children of different ages. The playgrounds are fully fenced and split for different ages. One playground is for 2-7 year olds and the other one is for 7-12 year olds. Most of the playgrounds are covered and there are covered picnic tables to sit at and watch your kids. Nice big Carpark that has a 2 hour limit. Coffee cart and ice cream kiosk onsite

Awesome playground for the little ones and not so little ones.It is fully fenced with pool style fencing, also separated into three areas with age appropriate activities.Across the car park is a fully fenced cycle training park with intersections, stop signs and traffic lights so the kids can practice their road rules.Large picnic areas with BBQs avaliable to use. Loads of parking and a short walk from the CBD.

Marine Parade Playground
We've been coming here since it was first installed about 10 years ago. The kids still love coming here. Since it's on the beach, you may want to bring a jacket or something to protect you from the wind. It can be hot and sunny and still have a cold wind. Other times, the wind isn't cold, but it is very strong.

I like to take my small dog for a bit of a run along the walkway. Lots of interesting people are there. I do wish that the cyclists would not wizz up from behind at pace....grrr it is startling for this pedestrian. One day, someone will get hurt.

Well set up, kid safe, park, makes it easy to keep an eye on the little ones without having to worry about them getting too far away, as each set of play grounds are enclosed in a gated segment...

Huge playground by the beach. It is located a bit away from town though. There area a few different areas for different aged kids but it looks like it is only for kids up to 12. Worth visiting if you do have kids who like playgrounds. I would have climbed a few things if there wasn't the age restriction.
