Fantastic shop if you are serious about your time pieces. Have them all to suit your style and budget.The staff are incredibly helpful and will give sincere advice based on their extensive knowledge.Their services for watch repairs are very quick and reasonably priced. If they cannot do it in-house, they have a number of approved vendors to get quotes for and allow you to decide which one is best. All of them value your watch as if it is your investment pieces.Certainly worth getting it all done correctly with little drama.

Easily the WORST customer experience I have ever had to endure. I was told 3-4 weeks to have my watch serviced, seemed reasonable. After checking in at 3 weeks I was told another week, no problem. It took 11 weeks. When I was finally able to collect my watch, I spoke to the manager and simply asked do you feel waiting 11 weeks is acceptable service?". This set him off and he proceeded to be extremely rude and belligerent and essentially implied that I had made it all up in my head. I tried to suggest that a remedy could be to remind staff about setting and matching expectations

Really bad experience! I went there to get a new battery and some links off my watch. Got told the job was complete, paid $75 but they forgot to take the links off. Then went back and told them to they forgot the links so they did it but then charged an extra $25! Ridiculous! Not mention the terrible service. If you want value for money and a smile don't go here.

Great to be able to find a store willing to replace the battery in my watch. Other jewellers in the town sent me away saying they only sell" watches! The staff here were lovely and helpful. It cost 20NZD to change the battery and it was ready in an hour."

Very poor in the service dept. Bought a watch strap and told it would be fitted in 1 hour. Obviously declined and fitted it myself - took 45 secs . The key kiosk at the local mall would give on the spot fitting.As they regard themselves as 'top end' it seems to me the more you pay the less service you get .

This is a wonderful watch repair store. I took in an old Movado that had stopped running and they took a day to open it up and see what was the problem. They called me later that day to ask me if it was OK if they kept it for a few days more to investigate the issue. Three days later, it was completely fixed and the bill was so shockingly low I almost thought it was a mistake.Friendly staff, very customer focused, willing to take their serice to the next level. Love this place and strongly recommend for watch repair.

Atrocious service. I returned to the store 20 minutes after having 3 watch batteries replaced. I had asked the attendant to retrieve my broken watch which was going to be placed in the waste bin (I wanted to utilise the straps buckle). Long story short, the persons whom I assume are the owners did not even get up from their chairs to assist with my query. They whispered amongst themselves, did not make eye contact. I left frustrated, feeling that the $81 spent with them should have been diverted to a watch repair business that embraces customers.
