Phone lines are always busy when you call them back, takes forever for them to return your call and ask you the same questions they already have on file for a role you applied for months ago. Never had a positive experience with an application through this agency

Won't pick up calls whatsoever even after asking me to call them. 5+ calls all made separately throughout the days, still nothing. Don't bother with this company.
