Having spent a lot of time in a lot of gyms, this is by far the best facility with a great team - a nice relaxed feel with no TVs!!

Very professional, The team go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Gym programs are designed for you the individual and what you need to work on. There is a great balance of working hard and having fun while being trained by the team at tasman performance, highly recommend

I would highly recommend contacting the team at Tasman Performance, if you are serious about health and wellbeing. My experience so far has been so professional. The team made it really easy to join up and were very quick at responding and connecting with me. I was allocated a great coach, with so much knowledge. He takes the time to explain my programs and what each exercise is aiming to do. I am feeling so much stronger and loving being back in the Gym! Thanks.

I have been training with Jase at Tasman Performance for the past 3 years now. All the staff are very friendly and helpful which makes it a great environment train in and never feels like a chore going to the gym. Training with Jase over the past few years has made a huge impact on my overall strength and health. I started training here when I was a privateer, working as a bike mechanic and paying my way to get to bike races and now I’m in a position where I’m a professional athlete and get to train here and on my bike full time. I believe that training at Tasman Performance has played a big part in getting me to where I am now, thanks guys!
