Hands down the best massage in the country. Pritika is honestly so so lovely, I have been going to her for years when I visit my parents place in Hawke’s Ba. She always is so polite, friendly and has a genuine interest in providing the best possible service. Pritika has an extensive knowledge and have confidently gone to her for pregnancy massages with my two children. I always walk away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Very poor service today. Walked in to hear two women, one being the owner, having a rather heated conversation and stared at me like “who are you” when I walked in and said I was here for my appointment - not very professional. The what seemed like arguing continued throughout my treatment. The owner was rude and had no patience for me requesting that my brows be left quite natural, not overplucked as this has happened to me before at other places. Very abrupt, cold and rude service, and left unhappy with my treatment. Wasn’t about to get in an argument if I expressed my dissatisfaction as she had told me that if my brows didn’t end up being dark enough, she wouldn’t be doing them again as it’s using more product. I was shocked. The threading also left grazes on my eyelid. Definitely needs to rethink her customer service

Admittedly I turned up a day earlier for my appointment but to be greeted with - who are you and you have got the wrong place is no way to treat a paying customer. No hello, no happy customer service! My appointment is tomorrow and I definitely won’t be going.. yes I was a day early and was happy to return for my correct time but after that poor customer service would not recommend at all! Pritika please learn how to treat customers with respect even if they have made a genuine mistake.

This woman is rude and incompetent. Only a chair to sit in with a grubby throw over it. Medical treatment was almost needed after her work and another clinic offered to treat the damage to skin. Having to pay in full to complete booking is a red flag. THE PUBLIC NEED TO BE PROTECTED FROM THIS WOMAN! Please take note of all the bad reviews before they are mysteriously replaced. She is threatening reviewers who expose her rather than trying to remedy her wrong doings. And no this was not written in error but posted again as you had removed it
