Tots on Tour - Baby Equipment Hire | Queenstown

We recently used Tots on Tour in a panic after we weren't happy with the state of our rental car company's car seat. They were great! They had the same model we had at home, installed it for us, and were so lovely. We will definitely use them next time we're in Queenstown.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the easy and efficient service of Tots on Tour. The Boulevard carseat was perfect for our trip to Wellington, and although it was slightly heavy to carry at the airport (which the owner specified before hiring), it was a safe, sturdy, and extremely easy to install seat for our holiday. I would highly recommend Tots on Tour to anyone who is wanting to hire baby travel items - we even dropped the seat off after our return flight to Queenstown, in an accessible shed which had our name ready for returns. Great service, great product, great price!

Our extended family flew into Queenstown for a holiday and had booked a three level house in town. We found the Tots on Tour site online and immediately booked all the baby and safety equipment we needed for our 15 month old grandson. I spoke to Lucy & Victoria on the phone as well as booking online and they were very helpful. The various items were all in the house on arrival, with cot ready & stair gates installed. All the items were good quality and we used everything everyday we were there. The toy box bin was great and it was lovely that books were included too. The all terrain pram was put to good use up and down the roads in Queenstown , especially with all the roadworks going on! We left everything in the garage for collection at the end of our stay so it was no hassle at all. This is a great service which I can highly recommend.

Excellent communication prior to hiring seats. Answered all my questions so that I had the right seats for my two boys. Loved the option of having them fitted in our hire car before arrival, and leaving them in the vehicle for collection. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience, booked the day before travel due to hire car company being unreliable and only realising last minute they didn’t have any equipment for us (even though booked 2 months prior). Tots were able to service quickly and I picked up the car with product installed perfectly. Now thinking of issuing the same model of seats in my home car as the kids loved them. This company was so easy to deal with, we originally needed a certain type of car seat with one rental company, this changed to a different rental and different seats. No problem, they go to the airport and install the seats. After arrival we realised we needed another seat, contacted them by phone, we drive to the business premises they promptly fitted a third seat, updated the invoice and away we went. So seamless, email contact was swift and detailed. The staff member we dealt with in person was friendly and nothing was any trouble for her. Don't hesitate, if you need baby and toddler equipment use this company.

Such an easy stroller rental for my family visiting! Picked up and dropped off the stroller with no hassles and price was very fair for the amount of time we rented it! This saved my sister the stress of bringing a heavy duty stroller for all our lovely walks in Queenstown :) We rented the Baby Jogger Summit x 3 for her 8 month old and it was perfect (could have the baby sit up or lay down for naps).
