This rating is solely for the older woman who served me this morning (21/03/21). Incredibly rude, dismissive and came across as though she was looking down on me. I will never purchase from her again. What an awful way to start my day.

Older lady at the counter was very rude, it actually put me off completing my purchase and I ended up walking away. I don’t usually go out of my way to leave bad reviews - I’ve also worked in retail 3 years and know that there can be bad days but never does that call for being rude to customers.
