This is both my happy place and a place of torment (in a good sense!)They are such a lovely group of trainers and genuine people. The group fitness classes are suitable for all levels, the trainers are always available to help & provide scaling options, as well as throwing in the occasional cheesy inspirational quote.Starting with these guys after years of inactivity was daunting at first but they put me at ease so quickly and jusy made me feel welcome.

Positive, caring, inspiring, dedicated staff with a wealth of experience in the gym /exercise/rehab industries. The gym is super clean, care over covid restrictions is strict & gear is top notch.Edit: one in one session with Alexander today. He adapted the session as we went to my needs & issues to give me the perfect workout for what I needed. Plus I've walked away with some simple ideas to help me until it next session. His knowledge of how bodies work & his attention to how mine doesn't take showed. If you ever want to treat your body, book a session!
