Worst “courier” company in the country. 8 days and counting to courier an item from Auckland to Christchurch. Snail mail would have been quicker!Update - don’t even bother trying to call them if you need help beyond the tracking status. They can literally only tell you the status of the package as you see it on the tracking website and can offer no further assistance beyond that. Their reasoning for not being able to enquire or investigate as to why the driver wasn’t delivering my parcel they had been driving around with for 2 days was “we’re offshore”. Puts me off purchasing from that store again which is a shame for the retail business as it’s not their fault

What is going on with this company that has gone from reliable to appalling? I ordered a pick-up and a week + three calls later it was still not collected. I rebooked with another courier and now that I'm trying to be refunded they claim they don't have a record of their own tracking number or booking reference that I've provided twice. Unfortunately replying with a hope you'll rebook with improved service" isn't going to work without fixing errors

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Everytime I have a pascel sent by this company, it never arrives and I have to jump through hoops to find my own package. I never have to do this with NZ POST.I rung up to find out where my latest parcel was, and asked to speak to a manager to make a complaint, since this happens every time. They have no customer service skills, they wont let you speak to someone to make a complaint about their terrible service.If you want to keep your customers happy when sending out orders please use NZ POST instead.

Not only terrible delivery service in terms of timeliness but terrible customer service when trying to follow it up. Parcel still hadn't arrived 10 days later. Tracking showed it sitting in the Christchurch depot for a week. Parcel inquiry submitted but with no response. Then when I called to ask if I could pick it up instead, was told it could be requested but not known when the request could be processed or I'd be able to actually collect my item. (Which is plants so will likely be compost by the time I get them!) Definitely wouldn't use the service again. Had no idea how bad it was from the receivers point of view. Improvement needed Aramex. Sharpen up!

Unequivocally the worst courier services in the country. Multiple parcels have been stolen due to their dullard drivers leaving parcels willynilly. I have even left a sign (see photos) only to wake up this morning to yet another high value item been dumped behind the postbox. Lazy. I wish companies would stop using their services. The sooner the company goes under the better for everyone.

WORST service ever - My parcel is still trapped at their depot - 3 days after it arrived there. On contacting them I was told they will advise depot to deliver?? Like isn't that the whole point?? You're a delivery company!! I will never order from a company that uses you again. If I could give NO STARS I would!

Actually the worst courier company I've ever had things sent to me with, and there is no assistance available at all. Every delivery seems to be delayed, or a card to call gets left, no attempt at contact and won't leave the parcel even if it's non signature. You arrange a redelivery that doesn't happen, and when you try calling them you get an overseas team that is completely incompetent. There is no way of contacting your local branch, that team can't transfer a call (in today's society that is the most ridiculous excuse in the world), so they send an email referral and you never hear from them again. I've even had a parcel worth several hundred dollars be out for delivery one day, and I guess it sat in the courier van for a couple nights as it got delivered 2 days later. It would be amazing if someone from aramex, who is actually in New Zealand, would actually follow up on this stuff, but apparently it's not important. Ultimately it's hurting the businesses/sellers using them, because I've had to just get items returned and refunded because the drivers are useless.

This company is bottom of the barrel. They offer a service but once you've paid and booked them be aware you are on Aramex time which basically means your parcel might get picked up at some stage and possibly might get delivered sometime but it most likely will get stuck in transit and could turn up or maybe not. Don't expect customer services to answer the phone but if they do they will most likely not really know anything or really care too much.Zero stars would be a better rating for Aramex.
