Jordan was fantastic in helping me understand some queries I had in using my work computer and some associated programmes, as well as showing me some tips and ideas to make my life easier - who doesn't want that! He was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining to me so it made sense, and I would have no hesitation in asking for his help again, or recommending him to others.

Jordan at Remarkable Nerds was amazing! Cold called him on a Monday morning with a suspected fried laptop. He assessed that morning, gave advice about which new laptop I should buy to replace it, set up the new laptop and transferred all of the data from the fried laptop by mid-afternoon the same day! And for a really, really reasonable price. I was up and running my business again that same afternoon.

I emailed Jordan on Saturday night in regards to my Macbook Pro having a major OS failure, he replied promptly and on Sunday morning arrived at our hotel with a USB stick loaded with the new Mac OS.Jordan got to work straight away to diagnose the issue and within an hour he had reinstalled the Operating System.
