Just watched a local man named kiwi camera man" get refused entry into a public building because he has a camera. This is not local Rangiora. This is horrible public display and sets a bad reputation to Rangiora. A lovely small town!!!"

Saw a video online refusing to help a member of the public because he had a camera,Do you not know we have a right to document our govt?We have a right to film in public and publicly accessible areas?Do you not know your a public servant?

Just watched a member of the public attempt to obtain an oficialy freedom information request from this above public facility.I was disgusted to see suchArrogant and downright rude behaviour from staff at this taxpayer funded, public building.

Just watched kiwi cameraman on you tube try to obtain an official information request. How rude are our public servants to not only deny a member of the public entry to a public place but to do it in such an arrogant manner. Shame on you. If I could give no stars I would have.

Extremely poor service. Staff here need to learn some basic communication skills as well as be educated in a few basic laws regarding filming in public.
