Great and punctual service. Highly recommended.

Their services are great if only the inside of their shop would be more cleaner and tidy. Very gloomy inside as you walk in limited space. Communication is very poor in trying to get a hold of the customer. No voice messages or text messages are left but just missed call. Do not answer calls when you call back.

Super fast once checked and working, they didn't communicate the first one was faulty so didn't send till I rung a week later and now waiting forever for my refund....

If you are looking for a refurbished computer then try PBTech. They have plenty.Especially if you aren't from Auckland or computer literate. PBTech have the advantage of being a trusted business and if your not from Auckland, you can pop into there closest store.Purchased a computer via trade me and didnt work, paid $16 to send it back to them, sent it back as a total replacement and had same problem plus OS wouldn't work. Said I wanted my money back and they wanted me to send it to them again!Partner works in I.T, has taken 3 long days to fix. From him:- Needed CMOS replaced-Running UEFI and had a MBR disk so required disk clean and convert to GPT then buy a fresh install of WIndows 10.-The GPU is rubbish and unstable.- GPU isnt meant for this desktop form factor (To use the HDMI port, you have to bend back part of the metal cover?! what the...)- The power supply is unstable and causes the desktop to restart continuously.So, had to buy another licence for Windows 10, still looking for another power supply, and currently using this desktop until we buy new.Bad experience.

Looked for a good used computer and intake fans at this place, couldn't find good combos many of the systems sold here are windows 7 and earlier with old dual core cpus. Not the best place to find bargain used computer parts. I believe they have a lot of office desktops for sale on top of the existinf stock they have in store.

I see not many happy customers and Im not sure why as my experience was a pleasure.I ordered through TradeMe and they didn't have the projector ordered in stock but supplied me with a higher spec projector than what I paid for, no issues. All I can say is I'm happy

Very nicely, impressive, and prefect customer dealing, love to visit this warehouse, always treated in a well mannered. The stuff they are dealing in is always very good, they always take care of quality and i found them as the best customer service providers. I strongly recommended them for their services and stuff.

Poor customer service. Shop is incredibly messy. Secondhand parts are being sold for more than brand new parts at PB Tech. As much as I like to support small local businesses, I cannot recommend this shop.
